- Wear a face mask at all times.
- Maintain the safe distance of 2 meters (6 feet) from each other indoors/ outdoors.
- Wear Mask, Maintain Distance, Stay Safe.
- Only fully vaccinated individuals be allowed to participate in the event.
- Hygiene and Respiratory Etiquette, Cloth Face Coverings/Face masks should be mandatory during the 22 Annual Cardiology Update all delegates.
- Conduct daily health checks (e.g., thermal and symptoms-based screening) of all delegates.
- It will be advised to the delegates that during road travel to the 22-ACU, they should maintain adequate distance in the transport vans/buses (e.g., skip rows or keep middle seat empty) where possible. Drivers and the delegates should practice all safety protocols (e.g., face coverings, use of hand sanitizers). The driver should clean and disinfect buses or other transport vehicles before and after travelling.
- Social distancing should be observed during air travel according to the SOPs advised to the respective airline service by the Government of Pakistan.
- Greet people at the entry to Scientific Sessions, Exhibition Hall and Meal spaces with friendly words and smiles, rather than handshakes.
- Sign posting and messages in highly visible locations (e.g., at entry to sessions, meal hall and in restrooms) that promote protective and preventive measures in different local languages.
- Please check NCOC (CDC/NIHD) regulation before attending 22-ACU.
- Stay home if you are feeling unwell.
- As per instruction by NCOC (CDC/NIH) wear mask and show your vaccination certificate during hotel check-in, sessions and meal area.
- Maintain at least 1 meter distance from other delegates, and wear your face mask if you cannot guarantee the distance.
- For attending 22-ACU face mask is mandatory.
- Without face mask and name tags no entry in conference premises. Before entering in the scientific hall screening will be done.
- After concluding every session hall sanitization will start, please exit the scientific hall every session for completing quick and smooth sanitization If you feel sick, please inform conference secretary for further instruction.
